At our headquarters, we continuously train apprentices in different occupational fields, introduce them to the world of work and support them until they successfully complete their training.

Equal pay and equal opportunities are a matter of course and are regularly reviewed by an external specialist agency. Our own code of conduct defines and promotes proper cooperation, and a group-wide whistleblowing hotline enables violations to be reported. The specialist departments are made aware of the code of conduct in regular training sessions. We declare our achievements in corporate social responsibility (CSR) on numerous CSR platforms.

We actively promote diversity among our employees in our international company. We support part-time work, the proportion of women in the workforce and in management, and the multicultural background of our employees.
Mobility
Mobility
We promote CO2-free mobility with charging stations for electric vehicles and e-bikes. We also encourage our employees to cycle to work or combine cycling with public transport by participating in the ‘Bike to Work’ scheme. For business travel, we promote public transport with appropriate travel passes.
